
Return Policy
The return process is very simple: you have 14 working days from the day you received your shipment to request a return.
Simply send an email to info@cosmavi.com with a photo of the product(s) you wish to return. Our customer support team will review the photos and then authorize or decline your return request. If approved, they will respond with all the necessary instructions for returning the package.
The amendments to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) introduced by Legislative Decree 21/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU, came into force on June 13.
Information regarding returns:
As per the Terms of Sale, we only accept returns of products whose packaging or protective film has not been opened or tampered with. Refunds will be issued only if the returned goods are intact, unused, and complete with their packaging. The product must be in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging, complete with any external packaging and accessories (if applicable).
Skincare and makeup products without protective film (even at the time of sale) cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, the product must not have been used or opened in any way.
If the conditions are not met, unfortunately we will be unable to accept the return request.
Shipping costs will be entirely borne by the customer. If a refund is chosen, this will be issued within fourteen days of the shipment being physically handed over to the courier.
* Finally, we inform you that the maximum number of collections that can be booked on our behalf is 1.
If this does not work out, you can return the goods independently and at your own expense by sending them to the following address:

As soon as we receive your return, we will process the refund.
Alternatively, if a refund is required, we are available to schedule a second collection attempt. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
